HR Administrative Assistant – Production Dept (FT)

Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino,CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands’ coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 5 regional warehouses are located in CA, SC, WA, TX, & NJ), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as PTO and sick (Paycom experienced Preferably)
  • Provides administrative support as needed (e.g., correspondence, setting up interviews, record keeping & file maintenance)
  • Verify I-9 documentation and maintains books current by conducting quarterly audits
  • Recruitment process, coordinating with temp agencies, posting jobs, etc. (Indeed experienced Preferably)
  • Training and development
  • Labor Relations
  • Perform other duties/tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least two (2) years of customer service & HR-related work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, be resourceful, pay attention to detail, and be a team player. Pays strong attention to detail and is highly organized; resourceful. Able to meet deadlines & multi-task with minimal mistakes/errors. Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong people skills. Remains calm, flexible always, & maintains confidentiality.

Applicant must be authorized to work in the US; Spanish Bilingual preferred!

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday—Friday 8 am-5 pm

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Strong computer (MS Excel/Word/Outlook) and internet knowledge; typing 50+ WPM; NetSuite a plus & working knowledge of Payroll/HR Software, preferably PayCom.

COMPENSATION: $16/hr DOE, + Health/Dental after three-month probation period; 401(k) after one year. Other miscellaneous perks may include: up to 30% off at Lollicup® Coffee & Tea corporate-owned stores, company events, & birthday movie tickets.
