Two years into the pandemic and we were still unable to create a grandiose in-person party. Instead, we did a hybrid between a small in-person gathering and an online raffle presentation.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, December 10<sup>th<\/sup> and Saturday, December 11<sup>th<\/sup> respectfully, the California and Texas locations invited vaccinated employees to join for intimate dining at local restaurants, featuring delicious meals, savory drinks, and sweet desserts. Staff dressed up and indulged in a fun night off! The Karat by Lollicup executive team attended both events to show their support and gratitude.<\/p>\n<p>As another token of appreciation, the Marketing and Operations departments at Karat by Lollicup streamed the 2021 Virtual Holiday Event on Friday, December 17<sup>th<\/sup> over YouTube Live. This event was filled with reminders of our accomplishments in 2021, special greetings from management, team photos, and of course, prizes. Raffle prizes ranged from $50 and $2,000 \u00a0depending on tenure, but employees from every department won something.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, Karat by Lollicup expanded to Hawaii, became a publicly traded company, and grew its revenue all thanks to the collective effort from its employees. Management ensures that the Company always ends the year in reflection, gratitude, and a hopeful message for the coming year.
